What settings can I change?
Navigate to the System Settings page to see the options that can be changed.
You can enter your company name, upload a logo and choose the default upload type. See How can I upload my company logo? & What is the default upload type? For more information.
You can also view your storage allowance & use and your bandwidth allowance & use.
Storage usage is a real time calculation of the storage being used. Bandwidth is a total for this month up to midnight on the previous day.
back to topHow can I upload my company logo?
To upload a new logo you must be a system admin.
- Navigate to System Settings using the link at the top of the page
- Scroll down the page to the logo section
- Click browse and select your file
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings
The logo must have a GIF, JPG/JPEG or PNG extension. It must be no bigger than 1000x1000 pixels and less than 2MB.
back to topWhat is the default upload type?
The default upload option allows you to select which uploader should be enabled by default for new users. This may be useful if you know your organisation uses an older version of Adobe Flash not supported by the ReviewSpace Uploader.
back to topWho is the account owner?
By default the account owner is the person that signed up for your ReviewSpace account, ReviewSpace only allows you to have one account owner.
The account owner is the only person who can upgrade or cancel your ReviewSpace account and update your payment information.

Once you reach your storage limit you will no longer be able to upload files.
You can either delete some files or upgrade your account.
back to topHow can I upgrade?
If you need to move up to the next package your account owner will need to perform the following steps.
- Navigate to System Settings and then click on the Payment Settings tab
- A new window will open and you will be asked to login
- Click on the Modify Package tab
- Once you have decided which package to upgrade to, scroll to the bottom of the page and click change plan under the plan you wish to switch to
- You will be asked to confirm the action
Your package will be upgraded instantly.

If you wish to cancel your ReviewSpace account your account owner will need to perform the following steps.
- Navigate to System Settings and then click on the Payment Settings tab
- A new window will open and you will be asked to login
- Click on the Cancel tab
- Confirm you wish to close your account, you will lose access to ALL data
- Click the Confirm button
How can I update my payment information?
If you need to update your ReviewSpace payment information your account owner will need to perform the following steps.
- Navigate to System Settings and then click on the Payment Settings tab
- A new window will open and you will be asked to login
- Click on the Payment tab
- Update the required information in the Card and Address tabs
